Hello all,
In looking at various gis or mapmaking software...I am finding that most fail to recognize the difference between the international foot unit and the us foot unit. Some states here in the US have to use (by law) the us foot unit. Can Mapmaker Pro use the us foot unit? or is it just based on the intl. foot? I would think it would be a simple conversion to incorporate in the software. I have wasted time playing with software only to realize this at a later date (for instance Delorme's Xmap doesn't have the ability to display units in the us foot...and it's made here!)
